The Indie Roots blog is up and running, as it happens, even before the site itself is completed. Stay tuned to this area and read as our (as-of-now) four-person indie team accomplishes the following:

• books a coast-to-coast tour of DC indie bands to sound the beacon for DC voting rights
• ropes three or four of DC’s most fresh indie bands to be poster boys and girls
• fundraises a copious amount of funds to accomplish the above
